Meditation is one of the oldest arts of India. The Hindu religion lays greater tension in meditation. According to the scriptures Meditation is the way to attain divinity. Now days many forms of meditation have been developed, but the goal is common. In the meditation practice used for many other benefits to the body primarily to relieve stress, and other medicinal benefits.

What is meditation —

This is a great distress or relax. Helps improve concentration. Helps maintain an altered state of consciousness. This is the suspension of logical thought processes that helps relax the mind. Hi Jim. The practice of meditation in the early morning, preferably before dawn. It is recommended once a day is good, but twice is better. You can meditate at bedtime, but if you do sleep and falls asleep before the end, only defeated the purpose. Practice on an empty stomach and never after a vigorous workout. For thousands of years meditation has settled the minds of countless people, you can get a wide range of benefits, reduce stress and sleep better. Here Some tips for getting started:

1. Finding a method that works for you

So many people out there tend to be a little confused by all options when it comes to meditation. It is vital that vipasana better. Or a guided meditation on the tape is better than a class of contact their spiritual guide!
