By nature, I'ma restless person. While there seems to be affecting your baby or food, I think it would be great if I could practice meditation during lactation. I have no idea how to meditate. Has anyone tried this and did help, if so, what methods?
I loved breastfeeding and just stare at my baby and thank God for it. Try singing songs to help you relax and your baby will like. Just say something soothing to your baby should also help.
