Of all the meditation techniques and yoga postures available to open the chakras, the following three stand out. Meditation with mantras, meditation, visualization kriyas chakra and kundalini yoga. These three techniques are most commonly used methods for activation of the chakras and their widespread use is evidence of its effectiveness. This article we will discuss the technique of mantra in detail. We will enter not only the positive aspects of this meditation technique, but also talk about the disadvantages.

For those unfamiliar, I will give a brief overview of the seven chakra system and then go to the art of mantra for opening and balance between them. The seven chakra system model belongs to the school of Kundalini Tantra. This model can effectively represent the people in all their dimensions and complexities.

Essentially, a chakra is a vortex of energy that resides in a particular location along the spine in the human body energy. The first chakra resides in base and ultimately to the crown of the head, another in the middle. Each chakra is responsible for the health of organs and glands in that region and is also responsible of certain personality traits and characteristics. Opening and balancing the chakra points, the means to cure and rejuvenate the organs in the region of this chakra, and that balance associated personality traits. So how do we use the chakra mantra meditation technique for balancing the chakra points? Let find out.

Associated with each chakra point is a seed sound, or bij mantra and chanting this mantra stimulates and activates the chakra. The bij mantras can be chanted aloud or mentally to do, if you have a strong mind. A bad or a chain of beads can be used to count the number of repetitions of the song, and this method of opening the chakras is very powerful. Here also lies the problem.

Mantra meditation is a very powerful technique. The sound, when chanting starts directly to open the chakra point, and if the practitioner is not physically equipped to deal with the increased flow of energy resulting from the opening of the chakras, can lead complications and imbalances. So it is very important not to overdo chakra mantra meditation. Must be used with caution and only in conjunction with other techniques that are designed to prepare the system for greater flow of energy.

So if you have wondered whether it would be worth your time to start practicing yoga and meditation, I would give five good reasons why it would be very useful activities for you.

1. Yoga and meditation will improve your health

1. Finding a good approach

The first thing you do is find something that can focus. The breath itself may be a good approach but does not work for everyone. I have a small rectangular room that I'm becoming in a meditation room. I've already thought of floor cushions and a coffee table, but I am curious if anyone has ideas for this unique or different? Thank you!

If it were me, I would get cut some white curtains and make a tent effect on a day bed or corner for those floor cushions
