To begin to meditate, choose a time and a place not affected by the duration of your meditation session.
When you are starting out, you may decide to set aside 10 or 15 minutes for your meditation session. This is a lot of time when it is starting to meditate and in the troubled life day is very possible that this is the maximum amount of time you feel you can dedicate to meditation. That's good.
