Meditation is a group of mental training techniques. You can use meditation to improve mental health and capacity to improve their motivation to your objectives and to help improve physical health. Some of these techniques are very simple, so you can learn from a book or article, others require the guidance of a qualified meditation teacher.

What is Meditation

Most of techniques called meditation include the following components:

1. From sitting or lying in a relaxed position with eyes closed.

2. You breathe regularly. You breathe in deep enough to get enough oxygen. When you exhale, relax the muscles so that your lungs are rather empty, but without effort.

3. You stop thinking about everyday problems and issues.

4. You concentrate your thoughts on a sound, a word is repeated, an image, an abstract concept or some feeling. All your attention should be directed toward the object that has decided to concentrate on.

5. If some thoughts in foreign creep, just leave this foreign thought, and again the object of meditation.

8. Meditation is usually pleasant.

Hypnosis DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AND MEDITATION

Hypnosis can have some of the same relaxing and psychotherapeutic effects meditation. However, when one thinks is in control of yourself in hypnosis you let some other person or some mechanical device you control. Also hypnosis will not have a training effect of the ability to concentrate.

A simple form of meditation

5. Repeat the following 10 to 20 minutes:

– Breathe deeply, in which you feel you get enough oxygen.

– Exhale, relax the chest and diaphragm completely.

– Each time you breathe out, I think the word "one" or another simple word inside yourself. You must think of the word so long, and to hear him inside you, but you should try to avoid using your mouth or voice.

6. If foreign thoughts come in, just stop these thoughts in a relaxed manner, and continue to focus on breathing and the word is repeated.

I have many problems with a racing mind, keeping the focus, aggrevation and a lot of anger. I think if I upset, I tend to leave and then I can not stop thinking about it, as you take more than me. As something that was shameful to have happened long time, even years, can only blow on the head for no where. I've heard that meditation is time to be only one way to be, Tai Chi, Yoga and even walking or jogging can help. Only meditation in general. But for someone like me, I can not see how just 30 minutes to an hour a day sitting in a form of meditation can help me at all times. If anyone can explain how this works, I would appreciate it.
