In the first half we examined a breathing exercise and an autogenic relaxation technique.
The second part includes a relaxation exercise Progressive muscle and exercise of NLP.
Just select that work for you. It is unnecessary to them all (although you can if you have the time!)
Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique
This one is great for the "doers" among us
This exercise can be done anywhere, sitting or lying down. You can do as a full year or divided into smaller parts if the weather is a problem. For example, just do the neck muscles shoulders in a quick stress release.
Take a few slow deep breaths and let your eyes close. As you breathe in hold your breath for five seconds, notice the tension in your lungs. Now exhale and feel the relaxation response. Note the difference between tension and relaxation.
Now pull the left fist to clench tighter and tighter until it feels uncomfortable. Now let's go and feel the relaxation response. Feel the difference between the tension and relaxation. Repeat with the left fist again.
Work your way through the body, tighten and relax each area twice. Proceed as follows:
Right fist
Both fists together
Left biceps
Right biceps
Scalp (pulling the ears)
Frown on the forehead of tension
Shut eyes tightly
Tighten the jaw
Purse your lips tightly
The head forward in what will be
The head back (carefully!)
Shrug shoulders
Tighten your stomach
Arch back (carefully!)
Tighten your thighs
Fingers to bend down to tighten the calf muscles
Curl your toes to your shins tense
Mentally check each body part to make sure everyone is relaxed. Now should be pleasant sensation and calm.
By practicing this exercise will focus on the difference between tension and relaxation. After doing this for a while this will allow you to be aware of the tension in your body and release it before it has time to do any harm
Awakening the same care and have a sense of relaxation with you.
Remember that these work best when practiced regularly. Find the one that works best for you and do it as often as possible. You must feel much calmer when faced with stress and sleep should also improve.
Releasing NLP Technique
Visualize the person, situation or event that is causing you anxiety. Keep this picture clearly in your mind. Change the picture to a picture in black and white. If there is no sound, make it more quiet and peaceful until no sound.
Gradually reduce the image until it becomes a small point and disappears.
Photo of a situation new, something you want to happen. Make the picture as colorful and as bright as you can. Add sound and music if desired. Put a white frame around the image. Imagine this situation is actually happening. Keep the display for as long as you want.
This is not easy to do at first, but Persevere! You are giving your unconscious mind a clear message about which way you want to take.
You can use the second part of the exercise to create what you want in your life. Practice every day and you will be surprised what you will achieve.
Body Relaxation Exercise
In general, the focus of the eye and pupil size are controlled by internal muscles, while the external muscles have more responsibilities. External muscles direct the eyes to the point of law and maintain the image of the retina in constant motion light. In fact, both internal and external muscles are very important to maintain good eye health.
Like any muscle system, the eye muscles are subject to fatigue after continuous use, without breaks. Can be worn if the eyes are used for prolonged ocular activity. Moreover, the effort added activities that require concentration and can cause eye fatigue more easily. After adequate rest, the eye muscles can regain their optimal levels of functioning.
The eye muscles need rest and relaxation, like other body muscles. The overuse of the eyes may push the eye muscles to their limit, which can lead to vision problems. This abuse of the eyes prevents eye muscles, since the restoration of its normal state.
Experts have suggested that the eye muscles can benefit exercises, like the body. A New York ophthalmologist called Dr William Bates has developed a series of eye exercises to improve vision, which can remove glasses, contact lenses and surgery.
Dr. Bates believed that people with low vision can benefit from these exercises without help of glasses and vision surgery. In his view, the eye problems are caused by eye stress, tension and laziness. Glasses and contact lenses could actually increase the laziness of the eye. In fact, the methods initiated by Dr. Bates was first introduced in 1900. And so far, many people have been taking these proven methods.
The muscles of the eyes on a particular scene has been believed to cause eye strain. In this regard, is quite reasonable that the relaxation of the eyes may provide improved between the optic nerve and brain, which brings a clear vision.
