Meditation is a group of mental training techniques. You can use meditation to improve mental health and capacity to improve their motivation to your objectives and to help improve physical health. Some of these techniques are very simple, so you can learn from a book or article, others require the guidance of a qualified meditation teacher.

What is Meditation

Most of techniques called meditation include the following components:

1. From sitting or lying in a relaxed position with eyes closed.

2. You breathe regularly. You breathe in deep enough to get enough oxygen. When you exhale, relax the muscles so that your lungs are rather empty, but without effort.

3. You stop thinking about everyday problems and issues.

4. You concentrate your thoughts on a sound, a word is repeated, an image, an abstract concept or some feeling. All your attention should be directed toward the object that has decided to concentrate on.

5. If some thoughts in foreign creep, just leave this foreign thought, and again the object of meditation.

The different meditation techniques vary the degree of concentration, and how foreign thoughts are handled. In some techniques, the aim is to concentrate so intensely that no foreign thoughts occur at all.

In other techniques, the concentration is more relaxed so that foreign thoughts easily pop up. When you discover these foreign thoughts, one stops these and goes back to pure meditation in a relaxed manner. Thoughts come, will often be about things you have forgotten or repressed, and allow you to rediscover hidden memory material. This rediscovery will have a psychotherapeutic effect.

THE EFFECTS OF MEDITATION

Meditation has the following effects:

1. Meditation reduces stress and give you rest and recreation.

2. You learn to relax.

3. You learn to concentrate better on problem-solving.

4. Meditation often has a positive effect on blood pressure.

5. Meditation has beneficial effects upon inner body processes, such as circulation, respiration and digestion.

6. Regular meditation will have a psychotherapeutic effect.

7. Regular meditation will facilitate the immune system.

8. Meditation is usually pleasant.

Hypnosis DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AND MEDITATION

Hypnosis can have some of the same relaxing and psychotherapeutic effects meditation. However, when one thinks is in control of yourself in hypnosis you let some other person or some mechanical device you control. Also hypnosis will not have a training effect of the ability to concentrate.

A simple form of meditation

This is a simple form of meditation. By this meditation technique, you should concentrate easily. This will allow foreign thoughts to pop up. These are handled one by one as they appear. You do the following:

1. Sit in a chair or in a comfortable position.

2. Close your eyes and relax all muscles, as well as you can.

3. Stop thinking about nothing, or at least try not to think about anything.

4. Exhale, relax all muscles of the respiratory system.

5. Repeat the following 10 to 20 minutes:

– Breathe deeply, in which you feel you get enough oxygen.

– Exhale, relax the chest and diaphragm completely.

– Each time you breathe out, I think the word "one" or another simple word inside yourself. You must think of the word so long, and to hear him inside you, but you should try to avoid using your mouth or voice.

6. If foreign thoughts come in, just stop these thoughts in a relaxed manner, and continue to focus on breathing and the word is repeated.

As you proceed through this meditation, you should feel more and more relaxed in your mind and body, feeling more and more efficient breathing, and circulation of blood throughout the body becomes more efficient. You also may feel increasing mental pleasure throughout the meditation.

To begin to meditate, choose a time and a place not affected by the duration of your meditation session.

When you are starting out, you may decide to set aside 10 or 15 minutes for your meditation session. This is a lot of time when it is starting to meditate and in the troubled life day is very possible that this is the maximum amount of time you feel you can dedicate to meditation. That's good. Was one of those bad days. The work was stressful and busy and had no time to take a lunch break. At the time I got home, I was in a bad mood and defenses were raised. Immediately, when my boyfriend told me something, I interpreted it as a personal attack and bit him. No appetite for food or the desire to be with people, I I went to stay in bed.

As I stood there, a little self-consciousness appeared at my conscience. I realized I had to take steps to cut through of this bad mood. He knew my thoughts on housing matters worse, So, in all my willpower, I crawled into bed and the gym for a good race the tape. Not 1 minute in my career, my iPod died, but I worked hard and kept going. It took a good 10 minutes, but eventually the blood flowed, chemicals well is pumped through my body, and the distraction of the year changed my mood.

I was not always able to take action to counter my statements of mind, but by the development of greater self-awareness and knowledge that the action was what I needed instead of rumination, I have much more ability to control and change my mood.

Self-awareness: recognizing its current state – physically, emotionally and mentally. How can you increase your awareness of himself?

1. Meditation

2. ABC's – understanding of how adversity (bad day at work), beliefs (bridegroom was attacking), and consequences (he bit, he went to bed, feeling angry) are interrelated.
